Terms of Service
Shipping:
Keys will be packaged in bubble wrap inside a box and shipped via Canada Post.
Local deliveries (Saskatoon) will be made free of charge.
Orders will typically be filled within 2 - 5 days of receipt; you will be contacted if the timeline will be longer.
Shipping Times:
Every effort will be made to ensure timely delivery, please keep in mind that shipping times may vary depending on your location, the shipping carrier, and any potential delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g. weather, holidays, of customs processing).
Lost or Stolen Packages:
Once your order has shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier.
If a package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly for assistance.
We can help you file a claim with the shipping company, but please note that we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes (for International Orders):
For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply depending on your countries regulations.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price of the order or the shipping fees.
We recommend checking with your local customs office for information on applicable fees.
Damaged Packages:
In the event of any unlikely shipping damage, please take photos of the damaged packaging and key and send to me immediately so we can make arrangements to resolve the issue.
